• A great solution for displaying IDX Listings is Diverse Solutions. I’m switching from MLS Finder because Google Streetview is incorporated.
• Mobile Chat applications let agents connect with potential clients on the go or directly from their site. DSagentchat by Diverse Solutions is a relatively new contender. iPhone users can give MobileChat Beta a try. Popular web-based platforms include Meebo and Userplane, which may go mobile soon.
